International Operations Specialist Lead
Full Time – Renton, WA
The primary role of International Operations Lead is to achieve a high level of customer service satisfaction and quality operational execution. This role will also be responsible for maintaining and understanding various factors driving shipment and customer profitability by exercising both consistent collaboration with management and offering independent judgment and decision making to deliver the highest level of customer service. The International Operations Specialist Lead is responsible for complete and accurate oversight of the movement of goods door to door for both import and export air consignments.
This position is required to exercise consistent and independent thinking and decision making to meet customer requirements and deliver a high level of service to customers at profitable levels as guided by the Account manager, Station manager, and International Product / Services VP.
