SBA Boston is looking for a talented and dynamic individual who has a passion for transportation sales within Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Jacksonville, FL.
The position of Business Development Manager will implement and drive sales strategies in order to meet station objectives and targets.
Success at SBA involves:
- Providing innovative sales concepts to increase profitability
- Working with major customers at mid & senior levels to further sales opportunities
- Forecasting customer activity and projecting revenue to management
- Opening new accounts by establishing relationships at higher levels
- Collaborating with management on marketing and sales strategies
- Ensuring customer profiles are up-to date in company transportation management system
- Demonstrating customer service that exceeds expectations
- Developing, implementing, and delivering on pre-determined sales plans
- Displaying strong conflict resolution skills and developing action plans to prevent recurrence
- Cultivating and strengthening existing accounts in the assigned area

Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of 2 years within the logistics and sales industry

- Valid class driver’s license in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
